About the Document 
A Power of Attorney is used to allow another person to act on your behalf, either in limited circumstances or with regard to all of your personal business. It provides third parties with proof of the appointed person's authority to enter into transactions on behalf of the person granting the power.

Uses 
Property can be transferred or business transacted by the appointed person on behalf of another. Especially useful to assist an aging friend or parent in the conduct of their day to day affairs.
